About me..

Hi, I’m Kirstin Furber, currently Chief People Officer at ClearScore, a leading FinTech business in the UK. Their purpose is to change the way people around the world manage their finances, beginning with their credit score. My purpose there is to work with the CEO to create an inspiring environment where everyone can be their best self to build a culture of growth.

After over 20 years of building organisational cultures that develop people and deliver growth for international businesses, I’m on a mission to help and inspire business leaders to create working environments that allow people to be the best that they can be – and I have spoken as a keynote at many industry events on this subject.

I set up this blog to share some of my experiences, and to help organisations, CEOs, leaders, HR managers and individuals understand that when we allow ourselves (and are allowed) to be human – that is to be our true authentic selves at work – that we start to be our best selves and deliver our best work…. which in turn leads to tangible results and drives business growth.

I hope you enjoy my posts and I hope you can learn something from them – whatever your role or whatever stage you’re at in your career!

I’m also a keen (award winning!) travel photographer, so I thought why not bring my two passions together? You can see some of my work throughout the site – all image credits are my own.

Do let me know what you think!
